This is Chii from Chobits 8D
i wanted to write "Who is... the only one for me?" that's something that comes in the anime often when she reads a comic... i wanted to add teh comci chara too.. but it didn't fit...
Chobits is one of the BEST animes i ever seen.. it is really.. really awesum :3
she is a persocom... that's why she has those ears.. and the dress.. well it is kinda made by me.. based on her own
you should see the anime 8)
btw i did the everything but the lineart with my BELOVED tablet 8'D luv it heheh
